Oral presentation instructions

You’ll have 15 min (including time for questions) for your presentation, which should be in PowerPoint XP (Windows for PC) or PDF, on CD-ROM or USB. NO OTHER FORMAT OR DATA STORAGE MEANS WOULD BE ACCEPTED.
Please bring your PP file to the proof desk 24 h before your presentation. Those who will present on Monday should bring their files before noon.

We remind you that the speaker needs to be registered before May 29th, 2009 and the corresponding fee should be paid. If no payment and registration are received by this date, the abstract will not be scheduled in the program and it will not be included in the meeting proceedings.

Poster presentation instructions

The maximum area available for each poster is 90 cm wide and 95 cm long, please adjust your poster size. They should be set in place at 8:30 the day of presentation, and be removed before 20:00.

It’s imperative for the presenter to be at the poster session during the scheduled time (15:00 – 17:00) of the day stated in the acceptance letter, in order to receive the corresponding diploma.
